Environmental Site Assessment
CGS completes Phase I Environmental Site Assessments (ESA) in strict compliance with ASTM and USEPA regulations. (ESA's) are associated with Property Acquisitions, Financing and Refinancing and consists but is not limited of the following , to form an (AAI) an All Appropriate Inquiry, suitable for securing landowner status, Pursuant to 42 USC 9601 (35)(B) and the Brownsfields Revitalization and Environmental Restoration Act of 2001 (Brownsfields Act).
Site Assessment
CGS provides Subsurface Investigations. Performs Phase II Environmental Site Assessments in compliance with local, state and federal regulations. Protocolfor sampling is assessed for a subject site based upon
(P1) current/past reports; (P2) current and/or past usage; and /or (P3) regulatory agency requirements. The collected samples are analyzed by a state and federal accredited independent laboratory.
